- Products with a delivery date of "1-3 days" are directly available in different indications, the appropriate delivery period
- All orders are usually processed the same day (Mon-Fri)
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be always shipped the next working day
- Our shipping partner "Hermes Versand" delivers within 1-3 days to german destionations and 3-7 days within the EU
- You'll receive a tracking code to track your package underway
For german deliveries
- All deliveries within Germany are free of shipping fees!
- Furthermore, we'll offer you free shipping if you order the products using our cash on delivery payment options.
For worldwide deliveries
- Free shipping offered for grand totals over 150 EUR !
- Otherwise we'll calculate a fair flat sheeping fee of 10 EUR for every worldwide destination
- The following payment methods will be accepted by us: bank transfer, credit card, COD (for german customers) and paypal
- Depending on the type of order not all payment methods may be available
